This race will run within the West Cornwall Middle distance, with the same swim, single lap cycle and 1 lap run

Race Distances:
Swim: A
1900 metre open water swim set infront of St.Michael's mount. Be prepared there
may be some surf.
Bike:
The bike course is a single lap of the middle distance course with a trip
out to Land's End and St.JustTri specific bikes would be suitable with frequent use of the aerobars.
Run:
The run will take place to the back of Marazion with a bit of everything as
I have not sorted the course fully yet.
